Ramallah, July 11, 2011 - Today EUPOL COPPS delivered barcode scanners, printers and labels for the Palestinian Civil Police to be used in all districts across the West Bank.
Brigadier Rashid HAMDAN, Chief of PCP assistant for Logistic affairs said that the PCP will soon switch from manual to barcoding of items in PCP’s warehouses. He said the 8,000 euros project would save time and effort once all items are digitized.
Tomas FERNANDES, EUPOL COPPS’ procurement and logistics adviser, handed the equipment to Brigadier Hamdan in Ramallah.
