2nd November 2010 - The Minister of Interior of the Republic of Lithuania, H.E. Mr. Raimundas PALAITIS, paid an official visit to EUPOL COPPS’ Headquarters on November 2nd in Ramallah.
The Lithuanian Minister of Interior and his delegation met with EUPOL COPPS’ Deputy Head of Mission, Mr Jesper FRIEDRICHSEN, and with the Lithuanian Contingent Commander, Arturas SIMELIONIS.
Mr FRIEDRICHSEN briefed the Minister on the Mission’s mandate and daily activities, and also on the broader European Union’s support to the Palestinian Security Sector Reform and the Justice Sector Reform.
