Ramallah, 19th June 2014 - EUPOL COPPS organised 4-day negotiation training for a number of representatives from our key counterparts, including the Ministry of Justice, the PCP and the Office of the Attorney General. The training was delivered by the London based Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution which specialises in providing access to expertise in a range of problem solving disciplines so as to achieve conflict resolution.
The training course focused on the development of a skill base so as to allow participants to effectively deal with conflict issues wherever they arise, be that in the workplace or otherwise. A number of lectures were delivered and the participants also took part in a number of role playing exercises.
