Ramallah, October 28, 2014 - The First Responder scenario training was held in Ramallah. EUPOL COPPS advisers together with 24 Palestinian Civil Police (PCP) officers whom are representatives from all First Responder units in Ramallah; Traffic Police, Tourist Police, Special Police Force, Police Guards Unit, Patrols, Criminal Investigation Department and Operations room officers practiced their skills on how to deal with a crime scene cooperatively and professionally as a First Responders team in the 4 planned different crime scene scenarios. Six EUPOL COPPS police advisors along with the Head of the Police Advisory Section observed all the steps of the training. The event was covered by TV journalists.
