Ramallah, 13th May 2015 - EUPOL COPPS Mission delivered a two-day workshop on May 12-13 on the joint EUPOL COPPS/UNDP Programme report for the Palestinian Civil Police (PCP) in Ramallah. The report describes a recommended comprehensive citizen complaint handling system for the PCP. The workshop gathered feedback on the proposal and identified issues to be resolved prior to implementation of the system. Approximately 25 senior PCP members attended from several sections including the three accountability units and the Human Resources Administration.
